Now here is something different – lychee liqueur. Can you say ‘yum’?! Talk about taste sensation – I think my tastebuds have died and gone to sabor heaven! Definitely not your run of the mill flavour to savour.

French cognac is combined with quality vodka and the juices of lychee fruit, guava and white peach. The delish result is Lichido. And while it may not be on every shelf, it is definitely worth the search.
Love this little number, which not only looks fab but has a distinctively different flavorama happening. Year of the Ox and all, bottoms up!
Red Lotus Cocktail
1.5 oz Lichido liqueur
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz cranberry juice
Mix and serve in a highball glass or, shake in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, strain and pour into a cocktail glass (like photo). 欢呼 (cheers in Chinese)
