Cocktail Friday – Orange Drop Martini

Is it Friday already? Goodness me this week has flown! 

I'm a big fan of the colour orange. Love it paired against fuchsia! But what if you want an orange cocktail beyond a Screwdriver? Look no further as here is a delicious concoction that'll take your tastebuds on a thrill ride. Enjoy!

2 oz Barcadi O (or orange flavoured rum)

1/2 oz Cointreau

1 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

2 or 3 drops orange flower water

Combine all the ingredients except the flower water into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with sugar. Drop (or atomize if you're so inclined) orange flower water into cocktail. Garnish with orange twist. Sip and enjoy!
