Cocktail Friday – Rose Sangria

April 16, 2009 By: larissacomment

Happy Friday! Today's cocktail comes to us from the land of tango – Argentina. Although it needs to chill for a few hours, this is a bright, refreshing drink that is worth the pre-planning. Salut!

Rose sangria

Rose Sangria
1 bottle of rose wine (750 ml)
1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup triple sec
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 simple syrup
orange slices
lemon slices
lime slices
apple slices
blackberries

Combine all the ingredients in a large pitcher, cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.

Strain fruit before serving and add in fresh slices to decorate.
