Red Champagne drink

Out of all the things that throw couples into a tizzy with wedding planning, trying to figure out how much alcohol to buy for a self-hosted bar has got to be the topper. It's like asking the bride and groom to describe cold fusion – same blank stare with a frission of panic beginning to erupt just below the surface. Scary.

Fear not, Lazy Bride, for Evite has the answer! Those clever folks have broken the code to just how many bottles of wine, vodka or beer you'll need to keep your party swinging. Genius. Simply click on this link, plug in the number heavy, light or 'regular' imbibers you're expecting at your shindig, the number of hours and voila! The magic formula appears and you're off to the liquor store.

*Added bonus – drink recipe!
